Why should you choose Bertling Law Group as your legal advocate?
Our experience defending medical providers, our focus on client relationships, our one-on-one communication that extends beyond the 9-5, and our commitment to our clients.
Experience
Prior to providing patient advocacy, Peter Bertling spent more than three decades defending hospitals, nurses and doctors accused of wrongdoing. He knows how insurance companies and the Federal Government evaluate medical malpractice actions, and what factors they focus on when making a decision to resolve a case or aggressively defend it. Bertling Law Group now uses that insight to help injured patients recover the maximum financial compensation to which they are entitled.
Client Relationships
It is incredibly important to Bertling Law Group that we make each client happy. We aim to achieve this by giving you a clear understanding of the litigation process and an honest appraisal regarding the strengths and weaknesses of your case. By placing extreme focus on the relationship we have with you and each of our clients, we are committed to establishing a spirit of mutual trust and understanding from our very first conversations.
Communication
With such a focus on client relationships, we are much more hands on with every client we represent. Because of this dedicated hands on approach, we have to limit the number of cases we take. A quality over quantity, one-on-one approach helps us to better understand our client’s situation and it inspires us to provide compassionate and aggressive advocacy on their behalf.
Hands on for Bertling Law Group extends beyond the 9-5. Though we are a law firm and know how to apply the law, we also provide counsel. We want to hear what you have to say. We understand how lost, angry, sad, frustrated, and overwhelmed you feel, and how all of this, on top of potential economic hardships, are preventing you from healing and moving forward. We want to be there when you need someone to talk to, to vent to, even if it’s not regarding the law. If we can help, we will be there.
Commitment
This work for Bertling Law Group is our passion. We constantly keep up to date on relevant legal issues affecting your case and leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding justice and answers for you.
